JOB SUMMARY:

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the integrity and usage of our Database Systems and related Martech software. They will be involved with developing enhancements that drive productivity, ensuring a clean database, and promoting best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills and experience in Salesforce configuration in a for-profit Salesforce org. In addition, this role requires strong communication skills and a desire to learn. This is a 12+ month contract with contract-to-hire potential. Real Estate experience will be beneficial. Ideal candidates live within a 2 hour radius of Greenville, South Carolina. Cities/towns that fall within that radius include but are not limited to Charlotte, Atlanta, Columbia, Spartanburg, Asheville, and Greenville.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Support users including log-in, technical issues, enhanced functionality requests, and provisioning of new users
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for users in Salesforce/Propertybase and Hubspot
  • Assist with auditing and executing security and data integrity projects
  • Prepare and perform data uploads/exports
  • Assist in training of new user onboarding and rollouts of new or updated features and tools
  • Create and maintain user-oriented training materials for marketing database systems
  • Work with the Director of Marketing Database Systems to document change management within marketing database systems
  • Assist with testing for new and existing development projects
  • Maintain,design, and audit reports/dashboards in Salesforce and DOMO
  • Prepare and perform data uploads/exports
  • Support Director of Marketing Database Systems with projects as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records across databases
  • Other duties related to Marketing Database Systems

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree in sales, marketing, business systems or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification 201 required
  • One to three years of experience working in a similar position
  • Proficiency in administration of core Salesforce functions and Lightning UI, e.g. user management, roles and permissions, custom objects and fields, page layouts, custom fields, approval processes, Flow, etc.
  • Experience with Force.com and Custom Object Architecture perferrable
  • Proficient in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Experience with Hubspot and Propertybase preferable
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferable
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow-oriented software

REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this position, you will regularly be required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods of the day. You will need to be able to communicate effectively through all channels of communication. Some travel (US) may be required. This position is remote but weekly in-person meetings at our Greenville, SC office will be required. Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm ET
